Role Responsibilities
- Create and continuously optimise highly targeted Google Ads & Paid Social campaigns to drive brand awareness, consideration and conversions for clients and internally
- Craft copy for Ads that is both on brand and conversion rate optimised
- Create copy for social media posts that are on brand and drive engagement
- Craft attractive and engaging reels or tiles for social media posts as required
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to ensure clients campaigns remain relevant and competitive
- Setup and implementation of conversion tracking for campaigns (across Google Tag Manager/Analytics & FB Meta Business Suite)
- Advise clients on strategies to further enhance results for their business and recommend other digital marketing opportunities that support in achieving that (upselling of additional services)
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide campaign updates, wins and discuss future digital marketing goals
- Support leadership team in meetings with prospective digital marketing clients
- Liaise with website development team during creation of new ads landing pages
- Provide support to SEO Lead with editing/proofreading of blogs
- Remain up to speed with changes within the digital marketing space and ensure campaigns are executed with best practice
Key Skills Required

- Ability to remain up to speed with digital marketing trends and technologies
- Experience with delivering effective Google Ads campaigns (Google certs desirable)
- Experience with delivering effective Paid Social campaigns
- Experience creating reels alongside basic graphic design skills (Canva preferred)
- Copywriting skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements
- Proven work experience in a Digital Marketing role
- Available to work in our South Brisbane office
- Strong understanding of PPC advertising and techniques to drive ROAS
- Graduate degree and/or related work experience
