  • The challenge

    The objective of this product was to automate predominately paper based data collection across all industries. Intended to address the major deficiencies of other digital form providers, the forms were to be completely customisable and information searchable in a centralised, secure environment with controlled access. The main goal being to revolutionise the way businesses collect and process information across business-to-consumer and business-to-business processes. The product also needed to be accessible to a wide market, from sole traders to enterprise organisations.
  • The outcome

    With many challenges in areas of data scalability and security, Digital8 carefully architected a cloud-based data storage solution. To ensure a wide market reach, it was imperative we develop a cross platform, native app, to work on multiple mobile and tablet devices. Thoughtful planning and design of the user experience when creating forms was necessary to address the significant challenge of keeping it simple to use while allowing users to fully customise their setup. Currently in closed beta, Digital8 are working hard to deliver this high impact product to the rest of the market.
