  • The challenge

    The goal of this web based business was to create new revenue streams for a migration law firm, traditionally providing full service solutions. The objective of the system was to make qualified advice accessible to people wanting to migrate to Australia, through a reputable question and answer platform. This would expand the firm's market reach. Their agents needed a separate login from where they could answer questions from the public, for a small fee. It was also an avenue to promote and sell DIY solution kits to people wanting to prepare their own applications.
  • The outcome

    Digital8 worked closely with the product owners to define the requirements and design the most effective page layout and workflow. The graphical design aimed to promote ease-of-use and was implemented with a responsive layout to reach users on mobile devices. We recommended key functionality such as a rating system and notification workflow. We also incorporated sophisticated analytics, including heat mapping to visually reveal the way visitors interacted with the interface, and notifications to inform the product owners how visitors were using the site.
