About the Role

We’re looking for a Mid-Level React / React Native Developer to join our front-end team. You’ll play a key role in building high-performing, responsive web and mobile applications. This is an opportunity to work on varied, real-world projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust, responsive UI components using React.js and React Native
Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to deliver exceptional client solutions
Review and optimise application architecture for performance and scalability
Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues across multiple platforms
Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement of development workflows and standards

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js (React Native experience highly desirable)
Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
Strong experience with state management tools such as Redux or MobX
Familiarity with Next.js, Tailwind, and Material UI
Experience integrating APIs and working with RESTful services
Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest and an understanding of TDD principles
Version control experience (Git)
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
Bonus: Experience with performance optimisation and CI/CD pipelines
